PA Turnpike,


briefly east,


then north

Northeast


Extension


(OK we could have taken 476 Blue Route to the NE, but that's the way it goes sometime).  After Leigh (Blue Mountain) tunneling into semi-known


Appalachian Trail /


Pocono


environs,


eventually


the


familiar-


yet-


not-

undulating

and


down,


the


long


green


corridor,


Nittany


highlands,


a


Clinton


rest


stop


and

dizzing

reasonable


relief,


as


the


precipitation


finally


foists itself upon us,

comforts of a
